Window stuck behind Apple bar

Ntfs-3g or Tuxera high CPU usage

Sometimes this happens when spotlight is working on a NTFS volume, like bootcamp. To avoid this high CPU usage, go to Preferences/Spotlight and select ntfs partitions in the list of exclusions for spotlight.
